Today, May 25, is Industry Day in Brazil, and here at Boreto & Cardoso® the date carries special weight.

Since 1972, we have been part of Brazil's production chain. Not in a supporting role, but as the supplier that makes sure the line keeps running, the product goes out with quality and the paperwork is in order whenever someone asks for it.

Throughout this week, we will showcase the 20 industrial sectors that Boreto & Cardoso® supplies with certified inputs, safe logistics and more than five decades of commitment.

A story that starts before the product

In 1972, Boreto & Cardoso® started out with small packages of solvent for dye works. The market was different. Brazilian industry was different.

But one thing has not changed: the need for the right input, at the right time, with the paperwork in order.

Today, we have more than 600 products in our portfolio, ISO 9001:2015 certification, MOPP-certified drivers (Brazil's mandatory training for hazardous goods drivers) on every delivery and full lot traceability: from the COA to the SDS.

20 sectors. One full week.

From Monday to Saturday, we will present the sectors Boreto & Cardoso® supplies, with data, technical facts and what makes each of them unique.

This week's schedule:

Date Sectors
May 26 Food · Pharmaceutical · Metalworking · General Chemistry
May 27 Plastics · Rubber · Paints · Ceramics
May 28 Glass · Textiles · Laundries · Household Cleaning Products
May 29 Cosmetics · Leather/Tanning · Insecticides · Fertilizers
May 30 Water Treatment · Construction · Paper · Electroplating Shops

Each sector has its own technical requirements. Every product that leaves our facilities has a COA, an SDS and lot traceability. Nothing ships without documentation.

What guarantees quality in every delivery

When we talk about certified inputs, we mean a process, not a marketing line:

  • COA for every lot: A Certificate of Analysis issued for each lot delivered, with the product's technical parameters.
  • Up-to-date SDS: A Safety Data Sheet in compliance with NR-26 (Brazil's federal standard on safety signage and hazard communication) and ABNT standards.
  • ISO 9001:2015: A certification ensuring that our internal processes follow international quality standards.
  • MOPP-certified driver: Hazardous goods transport by drivers with the specific qualification required by law.
  • Full traceability: Each lot has an identification number that makes it possible to trace its origin, analysis and delivery.

We see this as the baseline that industry deserves, not as a differentiator.
